Refurbishment of a building with 6 offices and commercial premises

Located on the corner of Valencia and Calabria streets, in the right Eixample district of Barcelona, the project proposes the demolition of the non-conforming volumes of the attic floor and consolidates the rest of the building. The intervention entails an integral refurbishment, affecting the structure, roof and facades. The interior is distributed in one office per floor with a service area and a meeting room at the entrance. The façade is made of prefabricated concrete with regular openings. All the walls are inclined towards the corner, as this is the place with the most privileged views and the most natural light.
