Two detached single-family houses

Set of two houses on a sloping plot in Sitges. Both houses concentrate access on the northern part of the plot to separate them from each other and free up the garden with the best orientation. The houses are oriented towards the view, with a slight difference in orientation to ensure privacy between them.

This project is inspired by the idea of two houses of the same family, but not identical. These are two very simple geometries that together form a unified set with its own identity.

The layout by floors is as follows: the basement is intended for parking, technical spaces, and storage. One of the floors is designated as the daytime space, with large, open areas that extend towards the pool, views, and outdoor terraces. In one of the houses, it also includes the main suite. The second floor is mainly designated for the nighttime area. These two floors are twisted in each house to promote the privacy of the leisure spaces.

The entire surroundings of the houses and the adjoining exterior spaces are highlighted, as this way, an extension of the interior spaces and a better utilization of the plots are achieved for the enjoyment of the users.
