This building from the beginning of the 20th century was completely refurbished to become a Business Centre. The street facade remains intact, while the interior facade is provided with an attached a gallery based on lightweight metal structures. This gesture evokes the classic galleries of the city while providing new intermediate spaces to the offices that improve their spatial quality.
