Residential complex and facilities for the elderly

This project is designed to ensure the maximum well-being and comfort of its residents. To achieve this, the spaces have been thought to be pleasant, filled with natural light, which connect both with the exterior and common areas, promoting activity, whether individual or group, and fostering social interaction.

The plot has facades on three streets. The buildings and sports facilities are placed around the perimeter to free up a large central space, which will be green and will become the heart of the project. The common areas and facilities will be directly linked to this space, facilitating their use and enjoyment.

There are two types of residences, either with one or two bedrooms, both featuring a spacious private terrace. The interior layout is designed for comfort, with spacious and flexible spaces that provide a sense of openness and can be compartmentalized when more privacy is needed.

The basement will house the parking, storage rooms, facilities, and technical rooms. The rooftops will be partly technical and partly walkable, with common areas such as gardens and relaxation spaces with sea views.
