This house is designed as a summer second home, ideal for enjoying good weather in a family environment. Its design prioritizes spacious areas, common and leisure spaces, as well as a close connection with the outdoor spaces.
The project is oriented to the south to make the most of the midday sunlight and the views of the Golf of Pals landscape, with which it borders on one side. At the same time, it closes off to the north, ensuring privacy and protection against less favorable conditions.
The volumetry of the house is articulated in two structures with sloping roofs, one with a single floor and the other with two floors. At the intersection of these volumes is the pedestrian entrance, while the vehicular access is located on the north façade, optimizing this space to create separation from the neighboring property.
The layout is organized into three levels:
Basement: Includes a large garage and storage space with capacity to store trailers or small boats, a multipurpose leisure room equipped with a bar and cinema, and technical rooms.
Ground floor: Features the main living areas, including four bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area connected to a porch, as well as an outdoor area with a barbecue and swimming pool.
First floor: Contains a study and two en-suite bedrooms, both with access to a private terrace offering privileged views.
The architectural language of the house combines a modern and warm interpretation of traditional coastal village homes. Large openings connect the interiors with the plot, while wooden lattices allow for privacy regulation as needed.
