Detached family house

House located in the highest part of Matadepera, at the foot of the Cavall Bernat in the Sant Llorenç de Munt I l’Obac natural Park. We are facing a plot with a very high slope that determines the location of the house, the access and the landscaped areas. We take advantage of the orientation to fully open house to the south and southwest and to be able to enjoy the privileged views over Montserrat and the Vallès Occidental. Program is divided into a ground floor with day and night area; an upper floor with a large panoramic studio and a basement floor for a garage and facilities.
