This residential complex is located in the town of Ur, in the French Cerdanya.

The 3.000m2 plot contains a total of 6 single-family homes on two floors and with two different distribution typologies. The new homes are designed as a second home, with open spaces and gardens. Private gardens blend into the collective spaces to enjoy a larger area of land. The proposal is sensitive to the landscape and its immediate surroundings while seeking to make a sustainable architecture made with prefabricated systems that allow to be respectful of the place and the planet.
