Detached house with a garden

The house is located on a steeply sloping plot in Sitges, with dual access from both the upper and lower parts of the site. It is positioned at the top of the plot to maximize sea views while freeing up the front garden, which is optimally oriented for outdoor use.

The layout is distributed over four levels. The basement floor is dedicated to parking, technical rooms, and a spa area. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms and a study, all with direct access to the front garden, where a swimming pool and a summer dining area are integrated into the natural terrain. The first floor contains the daytime living areas, with an open-plan living room that visually connects the rear garden with the sea views, and a terrace with an infinity pool that completes the level. Finally, the top floor houses the main suite, which opens onto a large side terrace.

Outdoor spaces play a leading role and are designed as a natural extension of the interior. The garden is arranged in terraces to adapt to the topography and create the maximum amount of usable outdoor space.

In summary, the project aims to enhance the site’s qualities to the fullest, taking advantage of a privileged location and integrating architecture, landscape, and Mediterranean light.
