The building is located on Morera Street in Barcelona, at the corner of Sant Josep Square and it is part of the porches of La Boqueria Market. Our intervention contemplates an integral rehabilitation, including the structural consolidation of the building and the resolution of common and private spaces. As the building belongs to a complex protected by the city’s heritage, it is taken special care to restore the façades and common spaces.
